Established in 2005, Sunstar was created to meet the rising demand for precision-forged and fully finished components across automotive, marine, railways, and oil and gas sectors. From our state-of-the-art facility, we combine advanced forging technologies with automated machining and finishing capabilities to deliver complete product solutions under one roof. Our end-to-end capabilities span design support, tool and die development, forging, heat treatment, machining, finishing operations, and rigorous performance inspection.
